LAN Port (Net0) Configuration
LAN port configuration lets you configure the NETServer’s
Ethernet interface.
If you have changed the IP address or IPX network number, you
must reboot the NETServer after you save your changes.
How to . . .
Bring Up the List of Commands
To bring up a list of commands for Net0 configuration, use the
following command:
help set net0
Reset the Network Interface Card
To reset the Network Interface Card, use the following com-
mand:
reset nic
Note that unlike other ports, you do not reset the LAN port after
you have finished configuring it. Instead, you reboot the
NETServer.
Save Changes
Since there is no save net0 command, you must use save all to
save LAN port configuration. Type the following command:
save all
